Brief Technical Note: The photographs inside the Velodrome were not done with a LensBaby (a hand controlled device mounted on the front of a lens, used to artistically distort images). To make these images I used a well known technique called panning. I used slow shutter speeds, around 1/20, waited for the cyclists to come around to this side of the velodrome, then followed them carefully through the viewfinder. Once the motion of my movement matched the speed at which they flew past, you get these results.
